      Dear colleagues,

The third week of June would be best for us.

Attached please find a sample Erasmus application document; you would need to fill in the missing details on your side (and check to see if it's the same this year; this template is from a visit in 2014). The schedule proposed is tentative, and we would adjust it slightly based on the availability of colleagues.

Our digitization efforts are not extensive, so I propose that I would organize a field tip one of the days to the National Library in order for you to see what they are doing in that area.

      Kind regards,

      Stephanie

      Dear Stephanie,
Many thanks for your reply! We consider second or third week of June (6-10.06 or 13-17.06), but of course every term which you suggest would be great for us.

      Greetings,

      Many thanks for your email.

What dates in June were you considering coming to Prague? I may be gone a few days at the beginning of June, so would just like to make sure there are no timing conflicts.

Many thanks in advance for this additional information.

      Kind regards,

      Stephanie

      Dear Colleague,

We would like to apply for the Erasmus+ programme in the The National Library of Technology. We work in academic library at the Wroclaw University of Technology in Poland. We are very interested in taking an internships in the your library for five days in June. Especially we would like to observe the everyday library work, and to discuss with librarians how they organize acquisition, cataloguing, interlibrary loans, reference service, digitization etc.
We hope that it would be a great opportunity to share experiences and also to learn more about your institution and a beautiful city.
We kindly ask that you consider our request. We hope you will be interested in giving us the chance for our personal development by this departure.

We look forward to hearing from you.
